Her focus as director of capacity building services is to coordinate the provision of technical assistance and support to programmes promoting syringe access, drug user health, Hepatitis C services and overdose prevention to organisations across the U.S.

Stephen Malloy is Vice Chair of the European Network of People Who Use Drugs (EuroNPUD) and until recently was the European representative on the Board of Directors of the International Network of People who Use Drugs (INPUD). INPUD is a global peer-based NGO that seeks to protect and promote the health, welfare and ‘right to rights’ of people who use drugs.
